Easton Manson is the Managing Director of Persis Asset Advisors, LLC, with responsibilities for real estate advisory and consulting services including acquisitions, dispositions and capital structuring. Easton came to Persis in 2002 with more than seven years of management consulting experience, beginning with Arthur Andersen in Boston in 1995 and then with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Honolulu. In 2000, as Senior Manager and leader of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Honolulu Management Consulting Practice, he focused on assisting clients with investing in real estate on a tax deferred basis throughout the United States. Easton earned his bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a MBA from the Boston University School of Management. |

Will Crowley is a Director of Persis Asset Advisors and is responsible for real estate advisory and consulting services including acquisitions, dispositions, and capital structuring. Will brings to Persis a diverse range of real estate and management consulting experience gained while serving as a senior consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Honolulu. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, he performed real estate, business valuation, litigation support, due diligence, and strategic advisory services. His real estate experience at Pricewaterhouse Coopers included assisting clients complete over $150 million in tax deferred real estate transactions. Will earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Boston College and a MBA with a certificate in Real Estate from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. |

Van Cornwell is a Director of Persis Asset Advisors, LLC, responsible for Asset Management services, as well as advisory and consulting services. Van brings to Persis a broad background in real estate asset management and investments. He has been engaged in management of portfolios of all property types in a variety of markets and market conditions, as well as significant acquisition and co-investment transactions. Van holds a Bachelor’s degree from U.C. Berkeley and a MBA from the University of Southern California, with emphasis on investment management and real estate. He has also received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. |
